We operate on a strict data minimization and zero-collection model regarding the core use of our software utilities. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect, harvest, or store personal data from your daily use of the Services.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure and Sub-Processors
To operate the Services securely and efficiently, we utilize standard third-party infrastructure providers. When you access the Services, your browser may connect to these providers, which may temporarily process your standard web requests:
Vercel: Utilized for cloud hosting, serverless function execution, and application deployment.
Cloudflare: Utilized for Content Delivery Network routing, Domain Name System resolution, Distributed Denial-of-Service protection, and web traffic security.
Google Fonts: Utilized to deliver typography and web fonts necessary to render the user interface.
These providers process network traffic strictly to deliver and secure the Services and are bound by their respective data processing and privacy agreements.
4. Functional and User Interface Cookies
We use first-party, functional cookies, specifically including the cookie designated as cm-theme, to store your preferences for our website visual interface, including light and dark mode selections.
Purpose: These cookies allow us to render the user interface in your selected theme immediately when you visit or navigate between our pages, preventing visual flickering or flashes.

6. Data Retention and Storage
Ephemeral Processing and No File Storage: Our rendering tools are designed as on-demand utilities, not data storage services. The files or code you input into our software are processed ephemerally in memory. We do not collect, permanently retain, back up, or store your submitted files or the resulting generated outputs on our servers after the processing session is complete.
Communications and Ninety-Day Retention Limit: We maintain a strict retention limit on communications. Any email correspondence sent to Kaviyes, including your email address and the contents of your messages, will be permanently deleted from our systems within ninety days of receipt.
7. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. We will only disclose your email communications under the following limited circumstances:

Because we utilize global infrastructure providers like Cloudflare and Vercel, your standard web traffic, including Internet Protocol addresses, may be routed through or processed in data centers located outside of your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to this routing and the application of Philippine law regarding data privacy.

Depending on your jurisdiction, including the General Data Protection Regulation in the European Union or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Republic of the Philippines, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. Because we do not create user accounts or permanently retain your files, we possess no personally identifiable information about you other than active email threads.
